If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you pay the rate your plan negotiated with the hospital, not the cash price. What is CPT 55866?
A laparoscopic radical prostatectomy removes the entire prostate and nearby seminal vesicles through small cuts, often with robotic assistance. It is a common treatment for prostate cancer that has not spread.
