SelfPayRates — hospital cash prices, from the source
SelfPayRates itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics, asks for no personal information and has no accounts. The prices are the same for everyone.
The site is paid for by ads served by Google. Where ads are shown, your browser loads Google's ad script, which receives the address of the page you are reading and your IP address and may use cookies. Google's use of that data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services; you can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
A page about a medical procedure can reveal an interest in that procedure. Some states treat that as consumer health data that may not be collected without consent. We do not show ads, and do not load any ad script, to visitors in Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, or when we cannot tell where a visit comes from. To decide, the server looks up the country and state of your IP address in a local database; the result is used once and is not stored. Details: Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages (our host and Cloudflare, which protects the site) keep short-lived technical logs: the address requested, the time, and the IP address and browser type of the request. They are used only to keep the site running and to stop abuse, and are not sold or shared for advertising.
