Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
This is a routine preventive teeth cleaning that removes plaque, tartar and stains from the teeth, usually done once or twice a year. It is for people with healthy gums or mild gum inflammation.
What the price covers
The fee covers the cleaning and polishing. The dental exam, X-rays and fluoride treatment are billed under their own codes.
