Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What the price covers
The price covers the clinician's visit. Lab tests, X-rays, procedures and any hospital facility fee at a hospital-owned clinic are billed separately.
