Cash or insurance?

What it is
Vivotif is the oral typhoid vaccine: four capsules taken every other day, finished at least a week before travel. It protects for about five years.
What the price covers
The price is for the capsules. There is no injection, so no 90471 administration fee should apply; a travel visit may be billed separately.
