Cash or insurance?

What it is
RotaTeq protects babies against rotavirus, a common cause of severe diarrhea and dehydration. It is given as drops by mouth, in three doses at 2, 4 and 6 months.
What the price covers
The price is for the vaccine dose. Giving an oral or nasal vaccine is billed as 90473 rather than the injection fee 90471; ask whether it is included.
