What it is
This is the hepatitis A vaccine in the dose for children and teens (Havrix or Vaqta). It is two doses, six months apart, starting at 12 months of age.
What the price covers
The price is for the vaccine dose. Giving the shot is usually a separate line (code 90471 for the first vaccine of the visit, 90472 for each additional one).
