Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
This test looks for the genetic material of Chlamydia trachomatis using a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT), the most accurate type of chlamydia test. It is run on a urine sample or a swab and is used for routine screening and when there are symptoms.
What the price covers
The price usually covers the chlamydia test only. The visit, the sample collection and a gonorrhea test on the same sample (87591) are usually billed separately.
