What it is
An EBV antibody test looks for antibodies to the Epstein-Barr virus, which causes mononucleosis. It is used when the rapid mono test (86308) is negative but mono is still suspected.
What the price covers
The price usually covers running the test. The blood draw (36415) is often billed as a separate line.
