Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
An ANA test looks for antibodies that target the body's own cell nuclei. It is used as a screening test when a doctor suspects an autoimmune condition such as lupus.
What the price covers
The price usually covers the ANA screen only. The blood draw is often billed separately, and a titer (86039) or tests for specific antibodies after a positive result each have their own charge.
