Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
Free T3 is the active thyroid hormone not bound to proteins. It is usually checked after TSH (84443) and free T4 (84439), mainly when an overactive thyroid is suspected.
