Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
A FIT test checks a stool sample for small amounts of blood that cannot be seen, using antibodies that detect human hemoglobin. It is a screening option for colorectal cancer, usually done yearly with a kit collected at home.
What the price covers
The price usually covers the lab test of the returned kit. A colonoscopy after a positive result is billed separately.
