Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
The general health panel bundles three common blood tests into one order: a comprehensive metabolic panel, a complete blood count and a TSH thyroid test. It is often used for routine checkups. Medicare does not cover this code, but many hospitals list it in their price files.
