Cash or insurance?

What it is
A toe X-ray takes two or more pictures of one or more toes. It is ordered after stubbing or crushing a toe to check for a fracture, or for pain and swelling from arthritis or gout.
What the price covers
The hospital price usually covers taking the X-ray. The radiologist's reading is often billed separately.
