Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
A two-view hand X-ray takes a front and a side picture of the hand. It is used to follow a healing fracture or to check for a foreign object or arthritis.
What the price covers
The hospital price usually covers taking the X-ray. The radiologist's reading is often billed separately.
