Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
A forearm X-ray takes two pictures of the radius and ulna, the two bones between the elbow and the wrist. It is common after a fall on an outstretched arm, especially in children.
