Cash or insurance?

What it is
A collarbone X-ray takes pictures of the clavicle, the bone between the breastbone and the shoulder. It is ordered after a fall onto the shoulder or an outstretched arm, a common cause of a broken collarbone.
What the price covers
The hospital price usually covers taking the X-ray. The radiologist's reading is often billed separately.
