Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
A pelvic MRI makes detailed pictures of the organs and tissues in the lower belly between the hip bones, such as the uterus, ovaries, prostate, bladder and the pelvic bones and muscles. It is used to look at masses, pain or problems found on an ultrasound. No contrast dye is used.
What the price covers
The hospital price usually covers the scan. The radiologist's reading is often billed separately.
