What it is
Septoplasty straightens a bent (deviated) wall between the nostrils, reshaping or removing cartilage and bone. It is done to improve breathing through the nose, not to change how the nose looks.
What the price covers
The facility price covers the operating room and recovery. The surgeon, anesthesia and procedures often done at the same time, such as turbinate reduction, are billed separately.
