If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
An intermediate repair closes a deeper cut in layers, with stitches under the skin as well as on top, or cleans a heavily contaminated wound. This code is for up to 2.5 cm on the scalp, body, arms or legs.
