What it is
ProQuad (MMRV) combines the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine with the chickenpox vaccine in one shot, for ages 12 months to 12 years. It is most often used for the second dose at 4 to 6 years.
What the price covers
The price is for the vaccine dose. Giving the shot is usually a separate line (code 90471 for the first vaccine of the visit, 90472 for each additional one).
