Cash or insurance?

Vaxelis combines six vaccines in one shot: DTaP, polio, Hib and hepatitis B. It is given at 2, 4 and 6 months; the later DTaP and Hib boosters use other vaccines.
What the price covers
The price is for the vaccine dose. Giving the shot is usually a separate line (code 90471 for the first vaccine of the visit, 90472 for each additional one).
