Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
This blood test measures total testosterone, including the part bound to proteins. It is used to check for low testosterone in men, to look into symptoms such as irregular periods or excess hair growth in women, and to monitor hormone therapy.
What the price covers
The price usually covers the total testosterone test only. The blood draw is billed separately, and free testosterone is a different test (84402).
