Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
The glucose challenge test measures blood sugar one hour after a sugar drink. It is the usual first screening test for gestational diabetes at 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy.
