Cash or insurance?

If you have insurance but have not met your deductible, you usually pay your plan's negotiated rate, which falls somewhere in the "Insurers pay" column. What it is
A urine pregnancy test checks for the pregnancy hormone hCG in urine and gives a positive or negative result by a visible color change. Clinics and emergency departments use it to confirm pregnancy or rule it out before X-rays, medicines or procedures.

The price usually covers the test only. The visit where it is done is billed separately.
